Parker Bell is a strategist and storyteller now based in Durham, North Carolina. For 18 years, she has worked in strategic communications and marketing for a wide variety of tastemakers and innovators in New York and Washington, DC – from lifestyle brands and tech startups to government agencies and nonprofits.

As an agency strategist and management consultant, Parker has developed and sold more than $90M of communications solutions to drive organizational, stakeholder, and customer engagement. On the creative side, she has generated brand awareness and demand for design pioneers such as Target fashion, W Hotels, LVMH, and visionaries Deepak Chopra and Philippe Starck. During the Obama Administration, she catalyzed $450M of private investment in cutting-edge companies addressing climate change by building the organization and leading strategic communications for Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E), a new federal agency for rapid, radical technology innovation.

Originally from Raleigh, NC, Parker received an undergraduate degree in Public Policy Studies and an MBA, both from Duke University. She also holds professional certifications in Facilitation, Digital Marketing, and Omni-channel Retail & Media Convergence.
